Hi. I have a workflow that keeps on telling me it wasn't executed due to

I am trying to understand why this is happening and how to fix this problem. I'm not even sure why this is executing if there isn't an attempt for people taking the initial action to getting into Pabbly and into my GHL account.

Hi @jenng,

It seems that while setting up the webhook in your Stripe account, you selected an incorrect event. You were supposed to choose 'customer.created', but instead, 'checkout.session.expired' was selected. It's also possible that multiple webhook events were selected. Please ensure that only the 'customer.created' event is selected when connecting with your Stripe account.
