Do you want to create or update the record on the basis of the email response that you are getting from your Gmail?

@Supreme nope, I want Pabbly to include the company name - from the Company list - into the contacts list.

So that the company name from the contacts list is linked with the Company list.

And please ignore Gmail - that's no issue at all.

As we can understand from your concern that the company field which you are trying to pass is a linked list type field.

So, to pass the data in the Linked List Type field, you need to pass its id in the field.

For that, you can use the "Find Record" action step.
