Youtube Comments Not Getting Captured or Triggered

I have a YouTube Channel (part of a Brand Account which is also linked to my workplace mail ID).

I want to capture all comments being made on our videos and create an automation to both report that to our team members and eventually connect to ChaGPT to auto-respond to all such comments.

I was able to connect the YouTube Add to Pabbly but in the dropdown to select the Channel, I am not seeing any option to select the channel.

I tried mapping the Channel ID but even with that, comments are not getting captured and I am not able to even pull test data etc.

I tried to comment on my own video and waited for more than 10 minutes and it still did not trigger the workflow or capture the comment.

I tried creating new YouTube connections to Pabbly - infact made 3 Workflows with 3 Different Connections to see if any of them will work.

1st Connection - To my workplace account with my own email ID selected.

2nd Connection - To my workplace account but in 2nd step choosing the Brand Account i.e. Channel Account instead of my primary work account (which owns the Brand Account)

3rd Connection - To my personal gmail ID to see if by chance the connection works and when i did this, I was able to see my own personal name channel in the dropdown but not the Brand Channel.

I have tried everything possible but not able to figure out why comments are not triggering - kindly help.

Hello @jhashank,

Currently, we do not support connecting with brand channels. However, you can try mapping a static channel ID under the Channel ID field in your action to check if access is possible.

If that does not work, unfortunately, this functionality is not supported at the moment. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

I did try adding a static channel ID but even with that, it is not picking up any comments.

Is there any plan to support brand channels anytime soon and if yes, any approx date by when we can expect this?
