Zendesk - Update custom field data - how I can do it?

Hi!
I have integration between Elementor form to Zendesk,
when user send the elementor form a new ticket created in zendesk, till here everything fine.

But I need to send additional data from elementor to custom fields in the ticket.
How I can do it?
