Zoho Bigin Contact Update :: INVALID_DATA

Using Papply for Updating Contact Information in Zoho Bigin when the trigger comes from Graphy.

we are getting the errors as Invalid Data. Not able to update because of this error. We contacted begin team as well. They mentioned that Papply Team can only help us with this.

Hey @rahulzutshi

As I can check from your workflow, it seems that you are entering the name of the owner's name instead of the owner's ID, which is causing the issue.

To resolve this, I request you to enter or map the correct owner's ID and try again.

Please let me know if you are still facing the same issue.
