Zoho Desk Confirmation to Gallabox Template

Hello,

While connecting Gallabox with Zoho Desk i am not able to get Ticket ID label which is very important as i need add the same to my template message to be sent from Gallabox integration .


Both intregrations have been sucessfully integrated but due to ticket id process is incomplete.
