Zoho Desk to SyncroMSP

Trying to get zoho desk tickets to auto generate in SyncroMSP. I have it configured, but keep getting an error

Required field is missing​

Share workflow name so their team can help you better, also this error happens when Required field value is not passed in the action step.

You can check this by going to history of the workflow and check Data In tab for that particular action step.
