I'm having trouble with the Zoho Desk > Add Comment step.
I have tried reestablishing the connection and establishing a new connection, but neither has fixed the issue.
Based on the Data In of the workflow history, it doesn't look like the Ticket ID is being mapped properly? See screenshot.
Can your team please check on this and help me resolve it?
