Multi-lead Creation on Zoho Module

Hi Team,

We’ve noticed that leads are being created multiple times in Zoho, despite having the "Phone Number = Unique" condition applied.


After a discussion with the Zoho support team, they confirmed that the issue is happening because the API is pushing the same lead multiple times within a span few seconds or less. As a result, Zoho is treating them as separate entries and creating duplicates.

Requesting you to please look into this on priority and resolve the issue at the earliest.

As we can see in the workflow "Calendly (India & Int'l) > Zoho", you're currently using the action event "Zoho CRM: Insert/Update Record (Legacy)".
We recommend switching to "Zoho CRM: Insert/Update Record with Subform Data" for better compatibility and performance.
Please let us know if the issue still persists after making this change.
