Hi Team,
We’ve noticed that leads are being created multiple times in Zoho, despite having the "Phone Number = Unique" condition applied.
After a discussion with the Zoho support team, they confirmed that the issue is happening because the API is pushing the same lead multiple times within a span few seconds or less. As a result, Zoho is treating them as separate entries and creating duplicates.
Requesting you to please look into this on priority and resolve the issue at the earliest.
