I authorize Pabbly Support to log in to my account and make changes to the specified workflow for troubleshooting.
I'm having trouble with the Zoho Desk > Add Comment step.
I have tried reestablishing the connection and establishing a new connection, but neither has fixed the issue.

Based on the Data In of the workflow history, it doesn't look like the Ticket ID is being mapped properly? See screenshot.

You can switch back to the New UI and the Zoho Desk action step should work properly without any errors.
