Zoho Mail Body issue

I have entered my email body with proper spacing and all in zoho mail body section . But after automating my mail data is coming grouped so is there any setting regarding this issue. I have attached a photo how the data is grouped instead of having proper spacing and gaps.

Hey @itmalsar

For new lines or line breaks in the body content of Zoho Mail you need to pass the content with <br> tag which will add the spacing in your content.

You may design the content accordingly.

I also am facing the similar issue.

Pabbly email body composed.

Text <span class=*****************</span> added extra at the end.

Zoho email body SENT looks as below.

Same message received in gmail as a cc

No Line FEED (Enter), looks BAD to read.

Please fix this.
