I am trying to achieve the sync between two same fields in Accounts & its related Contacts, whenever these 2 specific fields are modified but not able to get the related Contacts from the Accounts Module, please help

Please select Account Name as the field, and you will be able to search the module accordingly.

With this only main/contact person is fetched but in most of the cases there are more than 1
