I have set up an email response for this workflow

the response is saying sent but havent received the email

We would recommend you to create a new action step for Gmail action step and configure the content message as it is.

And try not to clone the action step.

Have you tried configuring the same in the new action event, though we have tried the same and it is working fine at our end?

Yes, kindly try deleting the previously used Gmail action step and then configure the new Gmail action step again.

I have did that, I see that the mails are in the sent folder but the recipients are not getting the email

We have tested the Gmail action step at our end and it is working fine. So kindly contact Gmail support team for the same.
