Any idea to automatically move file to new folder in gdrive

Hi Guys,

I have a situation where I want google form responses (currently saved in google docs and saved in same drive) to sent to another location in same google drive. Below is the steps I am looking for.

1 - Individual submit google form
2 - The Form is automatically saved in google docs in Gdrive folder (Intake form)
3 - Need to Move the file from intake form folder and automatically create a new folder with the file name at another location in gdrive.

Anyone help is greatly appreciated.
