Date & Timezone Converter Issue

Hi team, I'm struggling with the timezone converter on one of my workflows. I'm converting time from GMT to GMT+10 and it's coming back 1 hour short at 17:00pm, but it should be 18:00pm. See below:

Yes, I've done that I beleive. See the screenshot above.

The time it's coming from is 8am Europe/London Time, which should be converted to Australia/Brisbane time.

The correct Australia/Brisbane time it should convert to is 6pm(GMT+10), but it's converted it to 5pm

The time conversion discrepancy might be due to daylight saving time adjustments between the Europe/London time zone and the Australia/Brisbane time zone. Europe/London observes daylight saving time, while Australia/Brisbane does not. This can result in differences in the offset between the two time zones during certain periods of the year.

To accurately convert the time from 8am Europe/London time to Australia/Brisbane time, you need to consider whether daylight saving time is in effect in both time zones at the given date. If daylight saving time is not in effect in Australia/Brisbane at that time, the correct conversion would indeed be 6pm (GMT+10). However, if daylight saving time is in effect in Australia/Brisbane but not in Europe/London, the conversion would be 5pm (GMT+10).
