Hello @Parth,

Upon checking, we noticed that your template contains a placeholder for a variable/parameter, but the variable does not have a name.

Please assign a name to the variable by entering it within the curly braces {{Enter the name here}}. After that, click the Refresh Fields button in your Send Template Message action and try sending the message again.

variable name already defined in workflow, which is dynamic, every time i do this. what do you mean by add name in bracket?

The template you are trying to use is currently in 'Pending' status. Please wait for it to be approved from Meta's end, and then try again.

my all 4 templates are approved and active, i have been using whatsapp api since long, so i would not make this mistake

there is something with pabbly that it can not process even approved templates now, it looks

It looks like you have deleted the 'onesafe_r2' template from your WhatsApp Cloud API account, as it is no longer being listed.

as we were under pressure by customer, we again solved problem on our own. we removed all variable and deployed template, it seems its working now. but still approved template with variable still not working , issue at pabbly side. please act fast as every time we can not wait for 1 week to get solved one simple issue, as our customers never waits.

Hello @sanna,

The number you are trying to send a message to must be in the recipient list within the Meta Suite when using a temporary token. Please ensure the recipient is added before attempting to send the message.
