Hello @MarcoZ,

The issue you're encountering is due to the email address not being received in the trigger response. As a result, the "LeadConnector: Create or Update a Contact" action fails because the email is a required field.

To prevent this, we recommend either:
  • Adding a filter step to check for the presence of the email key before proceeding, or
  • Making the email field a required field in your form.
