Error message

Hi,
I've been trying to resolve this error but I cannot understand what is wrong with the workflow.

I have mapped contactID so it should not be showing as 'empty' as per the message.

Any ideas?

Upon reviewing your workflow, it came to our attention that the mapping you implemented was incorrect. This resulted in the failure of the action step. However, you have since rectified this issue, and the workflow now seems to be functioning properly.
