Send Template Message New Issssssue

Currently I am trying New Send Message Template Message in Whatsapp cloud api.
But I am getting this error continuously. Can anyone point out what Am I doing wrong.
Get Specific template is working perfectly.

Currently just a Hello_world default template

Hi

You have my permission to log into my Pabbly Connect account, and edit workflow {If required}. Here is the registered email address associated with it [email protected]

I am also facing one weird problem:
I don't receive any message on my WhatsApp number, until I message first to my Cloud Api number daily. After I messsage, I continue receiving messages fired, otherwise not.(Legacy Message Version)
After a day passed again messages stoppped.

We’ve made some adjustments to the action, and the “Send Template Message (New)” action now appears to be working correctly for your “Hello World” template. Kindly verify the same on your end.

Regarding the second issue you reported, it seems to be related to your Meta account configuration. We recommend checking the Meta community forums for similar concerns or reaching out to Meta Support for WhatsApp directly. Please do let us know if they provide you with any updates or resolution.

On the same Workflow I have created a new Send Message Action just below the HELLO WORLD action. I have used my Template message Shopify Sale Notification and getting the same error again. Can you help me?
