Hi everyone,
I’m facing a critical issue with Pabbly Connect and wanted to check if anyone here has experienced the same problem.
What happened:
No tasks are executing at all
Task credits are not being consumed
Workflows that were working perfectly before are now completely idle
This issue started only after the payment gap and renewal.
There are no workflow errors, and nothing was changed from my side.
My entire business automation depends on Pabbly Connect, and it has been down for 3 days now. I’ve already raised a support ticket (Ticket #28879) but haven’t received a response yet.

- I was on the $19 / 10,000 tasks monthly plan
- Auto-payment failed on the due date due to insufficient balance
- I completed the due payment the next day
- Subscription now shows active
- 10,000 task credits are visible
- All workflows are ON and unchanged
