hi, i've created a flow using pabbly's youtube video(video link:
) and on second step i am getting very different result which was in the video and i am unable to setup it on the last step. I've attached the screenshot kindly check and give me the solution on this

Hi @sunshoppers,

It’s because the contact you were attempting to search did not exist in your Zoho Books account. We have added that contact to Zoho Books, and it is now returning the correct result.

We have also added a Router to your workflow, which will allow you to create contacts in Zoho Books if they don’t already exist and then create invoices for those customers.

If the contact already exists, an invoice will be created for them.

Thanks for the help, but when i ordered from different account the invoice are not created for that can you check that and also the first invoice currency is showing in Rupees. Can you please automate the process, basically we want if someone orders from our woocommerce store then the invoice ill be created for that user and send it to them or else you can guide me with every step to how to do it

Hi @sunshoppers,

You can simply add the Zoho Books: Create Sales Invoice action at the end of your workflow or within the router, configure it, and then test by clicking the Save & Send Test Request button. The configuration will be almost the same as the legacy version, but since the legacy action is giving an error, please try the new version and see if it works. If you face any issues or errors, let us know and we’ll look into it further.
