Team Member Switching from One WhatsApp to Another

As an account owner i can easily switch the inbox in Pabbly Chatflow.
But the team member can't do this. Am I missing something?

Thank you for your understanding.

In this scenario, the behavior you are seeing is expected. As the account owner, all WhatsApp numbers are registered directly under your account, which is why you can switch between them easily.

However, team members do not actually own the numbers—they are only given team member access. Each shared number belongs to a different owner account (tenant). When a team member accesses a shared number, they are effectively moved into that specific tenant. Because of this multi-tenant structure, seamless switching between numbers (as available to the owner) is not possible for team members.

Whenever a team member needs to switch to another shared number, they must:

• Exit the current tenant
• Return to their main account
• Access the required number again from the Team Member section

As a workaround, team members may use separate browsers or browser profiles for different numbers, allowing them to stay logged in to multiple numbers simultaneously and avoid frequent switching.
