I authorize Pabbly Support to log in to my account and make changes to the specified workflow for troubleshooting.

I was using free version of Pabbly to transfer and automate google sheet leads to Zoho CRM everything was working properly until i used up free tokens, then i subscribed to 10k task version and it stooped working, it is no long using tokens or transferring leads from my google sheet to CRM, i also made a new workflow and whole process to connect it to google sheet like i did in the free version , only lead i can get to crm is the first one when i am doing test integration but affter that if i click on the sheet extension "send all data" i get notice that it is "working..." but no tokens are spent and no leads are transferred to the CRM. as i say this whole process was working fine on free version

Thanks for sharing the workflow and access.

Upon checking, the workflow has not been triggered yet, which is why no tasks are consumed and no data is sent to Zoho CRM.
Please confirm:

1. Have you updated the Google Sheets extension with the webhook URL from this workflow?
2. Is the trigger column selected and the setup saved?
3. How are leads added to the sheet (manual or via a third party)?
4. Share a screenshot of the Google Sheets extension showing the initial setup and Send on Event / Auto Send Schedule settings.

Once we have this, we can assist you further.

Looks like it was issue with web-hook i changed it and it works now, thank you!
One more question since this sheet is updating via script (apps script) . Send on Event is not picking up the script , is there a way to change time window for "Auto Send Schedule" to be every 10 or 15 min and not the default 1 hr ?

Currently, it’s not possible to send rows every 10 to 15 minutes. You can either receive new data every minute by enabling the Auto Send on Schedule option, or add an Apps Script to check for new row data every 1 minute.
