To resolve this, you will need to:

1. Log in to your OpenAI account.
2. Check your billing and usage section.
3. Upgrade your plan or add billing credits if your quota has been exhausted.
4. Ensure your API key is active and has sufficient usage limits.

Once the quota is increased or billing is updated, the AI Assistant should start working normally again.
