API working manually but not working automated

I authorize Pabbly Support to log in to my account and make changes to the specified workflow for troubleshooting.
The API step that is flagging as failed has output "Forbidden".
This happens when we push it through as an automation.

When I do the same data pushed through manually it works perfectly.
I can't seem to see what the issue is on my end.
The data going in either by automation or via the manual method is the same but the output differs.

I tried creating a new step but that hasn't worked.
