I use ChatBoat API (company name ChannelPro - WhatsApp API) to send WhatsApp messages. It is like AiSensy, but my app ChatBoat is not listed. How do I connect it with Zoho CRM so that I can send messages to my new leads as soon as they appear on Zoho CRM?

As discussed over the call, we’ve set up the API (Pabbly) action in your workflow to execute the chatbot API until the native integration goes live. It is working fine as tested during the call.

We recommend mapping the required fields in this action and using it to send WhatsApp messages for now. Let us know if you face any issues.
