    How insert formidable forms variables in facebook template messages

    for some reason I only receive messages from the "send templates message", but when I put "send text message" in action event it doesn't work, so I need to integrate the variables of formidable forms(like name,phone,email,etc) in the facebook template and I don't know how to do it.

    I have an idea of the error, (I deleted it after it didn't work), I entered a number to the whatsapp cloud api account, then in pabbly I misplaced the keys and that's why it wasn't sent but I made the mistake of deleting the app, then create another app in whatsapp try to enter the same number...
