Facebook Lead - shows Platform as FB - How do we get the Full Form?
When making the automation, FB Leads pulls data of Platform. Platform could be either Fb or IG, FB = Facebook & IG = Instagram. Now, when tagging this to mail server, we need the abbreviation FB / IG to be inserted as the FULL NAME. Does that make sense? How should we implement the same?- zest83
