    Try setting up filter as 2nd step of the workflow. Or the way I would do is to setup an automation in AC to send data to pabbly webhook when by selecting a particular tag as a automation trigger.

    For 1st part of your workflow watch this video - For 2nd part of workflow you need to use Lookup Row action of GSheet and based on its results you need to setup Router for Creating or Updating row -

    There no limits like that. Pabbly don't manipulate the incoming data on their webhooks. To double check that you can use Webhook.site url in the GHL and check if both pabbly data and webhook.site captured data matches or not.

    How to use OpenAI Whisper

    They use the endpoint to list all the model in the dropdown. So when OpenAI added the Whisper in their list it got auto-populated. But it requires total different endpoint setup, so it won't work for now.

    That is fine. Bcoz we only have one array item it is not necessary that filter condition is true. But when the whole workflow runs from trigger it will go through filter if the condition matches for any of the items in the array.

    Can you try using your Agency API key to create user, instead of using location specific API key? You're getting error in the Create User step even during Save and Send Test Request.
