    Instead of using Iterator use Data Transformer -> Line Itemizer which will give you comma separated values for each item in the array. Then you can use Text Formatter -> Replace Text to replace comma with /n for new line.

    No they won't trigger if you delete or turn off the workflow permanently.

    Rename steps are not showing in history for internal modules like text formatter - webhook etc. But it is still showing re-named steps in history for external app integration like gsheet. You need to hover over the step to see the re-named name in history.

    You can try using "Get Event" action just before Text Reminder step and map the phone number value from that step's response. This way it will always fetch latest event information before sending the reminder, including the phone number.

    No, if webhooks are possible for any app Pabbly build the integration on webhooks first. But in slack integration's case it is a polling based integration, so you can not reduce the time more than 10min.

    You can't change it. 10 min interval is the lowest interval provided by Pabbly Connect for polling based triggers. For webhook based triggers it is instant.

    You need to setup email parser for that - Currently there are no triggers for Gmail directly.
