In Subscription Billing, I am customizing invoices via Settings > Invoice Settings.
On the generated invoice, the Description column only shows the Plan Name.
The Product Name is not included, and this cannot be changed in the invoice editor.

I asked the customer to try a different browser, and the checkout worked right away.
So it does seem browser (or cache) related. I do not know which browser caused the issue, but switching solved it.

A customer reports an issue with the Stripe credit card checkout.
When the checkout modal opens, the Card Details section stays blank. The fields are visible but cannot be clicked or filled.
This prevents the customer from entering any card information.
