The recent types of messages you've sent through the app
Only customer support queries were answered. No template messages or other message sent.

Any recent changes made to your app or Meta developer account
None. Just configured using Manual Token connect method at the beginning. No other change made to the developer account since then.

  • The type of activity or use case your app is currently handling
We use it for Customer support only.

Kindly look into this as my business support is stalled at the moment. This might be a potential risk for me in the future when I scale my business.

We’ve shared a Meta Help Center link below, please refer to it and review whether any of the listed policies may have been unintentionally violated while managing your customer queries.


Additionally, the documentation includes steps to check the reason behind the account restriction and how to submit a review request.

Please note that as a technology provider, we do not have access to the internal details of Meta accounts and are unable to determine why your account has been restricted or assist in getting it reinstated. Meta accounts are solely managed by Meta, and any action regarding restrictions must be taken directly through their support channels.

Hi Preeti,

I have stopped using Chatflow and META WhatsApp API for now. I have moved to the normal WhatsApp Business account.

We cannot deal with this kind of uncertainty. We cannot wait for months for the developer account to be back. Also META is not giving a proper reason as to why the app was blocked. Also (sorry to say this) Pabbly is not being of help here as a channel partner.

For the last 24 hours our business support was stalled. I do not have complete peace of mind. We cannot keep worrying everyday about when META will ban us.

I will come back to Chatflow later.
