Consistently Disconnecting From Meta Account

Hey all,
It seems almost every week that my flows that include any Facebook/Meta Integration gets disconnected with zero warning. This has caused my company hundreds of wasted leads.

I have not changed anything on my Meta account that would be responsible for this.

Please provide guidance on how to fix this or we will be moving to another platform.
