500 Server Error from Zoho Mail integration

I tried using Zoho mail integration and that's what I received

Your Zoho Mail accounts are not fully configured yet so that you can start sending emails. You must be missing to do some POP setting as shown in the error message.

Kindly get in touch with the Zoho Mail support team regarding the same and get your Zoho Mail account fully set up first so that you can send emails.

Actually it is, and I already use it with SMTP and IMAP, and I double checked that POP is enabled

But this is a business account not a personal one, thus it uses different servers. These are
For POP: poppro.zoho.com instead of poppro.zoho.com
For SMTP: smtppro.zoho.com instead of smtppro.zoho.com
Would you check that please?

We have looked into your concern and found that your ZOHO Mail from email id is not verified. You need to verify it first as "Sender's email address for the From field (associated with the authenticated account)". Could you also confirm that the "from email_id" you are using is valid(verified) or not?

Actually this is a weird situation. My email domain is verified for 7 years now, and I've been using it for my business (including other integrations) since then

If you may, please check your server log to make sure it's nothing from your side before I escalate this to Zoho, because as far as I can tell my email configuration does not tell me anything is wrong. Plus they're not super fast responders as you are 💪

Yes, we understand that you have verified your domain. But could you please ensure that the Sender email_id which you are using is verified or not.
