Then I tried to open the pabbly connect dashboard to check the issue in:
But the dashboard page didn't open because it displays this error:

502 Bad Gateway​

as you can see in the attached screenshot.
It opened after several refreshes but when I refresh it again it displays the same error again. Now the workflow has stopped running because of this issue.
