Action at particular time

Hello,

I receive leads from Facebook at odd times, such as late at night and early in the morning. In my workflow, I send these leads emails and WhatsApp messages after adding a time delay. However, I want to create a scenario where the next actions are triggered at a specific time. For instance, if a lead is generated between 9 PM and 9 AM, the action should start at 7 PM.

To achieve this in Pabbly Connect, you can:

1. Capture the lead's timestamp when it is received, you can achieve this using Date/Time Formatter: Current date action.
2. Use a Router or Filter to check if the lead was generated between 9 PM and 9 AM.
3. If it falls within this time range, use a Delay Until module to hold the process until 7 PM.
4. If the lead is received outside this range, proceed with the usual workflow without delay.

This setup ensures that your emails and WhatsApp messages are sent at the preferred time without disturbing your leads at odd hours.
