Active Campaign integrate with Teachable Problems

Hi Pabbly Team,

I am trying to integrate Active Campaign to Teachable using Pabbly as follows:

Trigger: when the contacts are added into the customer list (in this example: COD Customer (Chinese))
Action: 1) Create user in Teachable
2) Enrol user into the course

However, we found certain problems after confirmed by @Fagun Shah as below:

Issue 1 - New contact is added into Teachable even though it is not in the COD Customer List
Issue 2 - When adding a new action step, enrol user into the course, why we still have to enter the username and password as these are already done in the action step 1 when creating user in Teachable
Issue 3 - Same contact are being trigger twice (in our trial case just now was about 5 mins later), it actually consumed my tasks.

For the details issues walkthrough, you may refer to the video below from @Fagun Shah

Hope to hear from your side soon.

Thank you.

Hey @scg

Issue 1 - New contact is added into Teachable even though it is not in the COD Customer List

Issue 3 - Same contact are being trigger twice (in our trial case just now was about 5 mins later), it actually consumed my tasks.
For your above concerns, you can make use of the "Filter" action step as a workaround which can help you get the leads from a specific list only and might also avoid triggering the same data twice.

Though we have also contacted ActiveCampaings' support team for the filtering of leads from the correct list. Since their API is not sending the leads correctly from the respective list.

Issue 2 - When adding a new action step, enrol user into the course, why we still have to enter the username and password as these are already done in the action step 1 when creating user in Teachable

The "Teachable: Enroll User in Course" action step enrolls a user in a course. If a person doesn't have an account it will create a user and enrolls them into the respective course and that's why we ask users to pass contacts' email address and password.

Though you can map/type the email address and password as it is on both the action step for your ease.
