Add Bulk contact through csv is not working

I am trying to upload bulk contact using csv file, but it is not accepting it.

It shows the above error that it is not a valid csv file.
I tried uploading the sample given, for that also it is giving the same error.
Kindly guide how to upload the bulk contacts.
I can not attach that csv file here also as that format is not accepted.

Kindly reply this is urgent.
I can not send message to my registered participants without uploading their contact.
If this feature is not ready then tell me the alternative method to upload my contact data.
I was using Pabbly Connect for the last one year and was highly impressed by the support for that product, but it seems proper tutorial videos, documents and support team is not ready for ChatFlow.

It is not taking csv file input.
Even I upload the sample downloaded file, but it shows an error that it is not a valid csv file.
Kindly guide if we need to update some settings before uploading the csv file or is there any other alternative to uplaod the contact list

It is still not working for me.
I tried uploading different csv files but it was showing that "Only .csv files are allowed."
I am attaching the csv file I am trying to upload kindly check and let me know what is the issue with these csv files

We have tested uploading the CSV file from the ZIP you provided, and it was successfully processed. Since both rows contain the same number, they were treated as a single entry. Please refer to the attached image for more details.

If you are still facing issues with uploading a CSV file, kindly share a short screen recording of the process. This will help us better understand the issue and assist you further.

It is not accepting the same file for me.
I tried logout and login again still the same error message.
