Add Customer - Customise fields

Need to be able to

1. Create a customer using the create customer fields
2. Add extra fields that will be used in invoices
3. Be able to add CC email
4. Generate invoices that reflect the extra fields

This is so that we can be able to use this to create offline invoices that are emailed to a paying client so that we can receive payment in Pabbly.

Why

1. Allows users to create offline invoices for sending to a party that is paying for a client,
2. Allows users to include a client on the same invoice, as a CC.
3. Allows payee to pay via bank and we can then collect the charge,
4. The process greatly reduces our resources.
5. We are currently finding an increasing amount of invoices manually via another application.
