We checked your Pabbly Chatflow account and found that the AI Assistant message sent to the specified user failed with error code 429. This error indicates that the API quota or usage limit on your configured OpenAI account has been exceeded.
Please note that this issue is not caused by a problem with the Pabbly Chatflow dashboard. It occurs when the OpenAI account connected to your AI Assistant has insufficient API quota or an inactive billing setup. Pabbly Chatflow and OpenAI API usage are billed separately.
We request you to check your OpenAI account’s billing and usage details at https://platform.openai.com/ and ensure that sufficient API quota is available, or if not, then you have to purchase one. Once resolved, please retry the AI Assistant message.
If the issue persists, kindly share the latest error details so we can investigate further.
