I authorize Pabbly Support to log in to my account and make changes to the specified workflow for troubleshooting.
I am using Aisensy to send whatsapp, here when I did "Save & Test Response", I got the whatsapp confirmation message(True as you can see in the screenshot), but when I did testing by triggering whole workflow, it says Aisensy unauthorized, so can you please look what has gone wrong here:

We have tested the reported issue on the new UI, and it appears to be working correctly there. We created a similar workflow in the new UI and confirmed that it is functioning as expected for both workflow execution and automation.


Meanwhile, we have escalated the issue related to your existing (old) workflow to our technical team for further investigation.

As a workaround, you may consider recreating the workflow in the new UI to avoid this issue for now.

We will keep you updated once we receive further inputs from our team.

hello Ma'am, Did you how long the Automation workflow is?
It will take me almost 20-25 hours to rectreate this wofklow..

Please note that we can not re-build it on your new Ui, Your new UI is still in beta version, so if new issues come up then again I have to reach out to you.

Please consider that our Automation is large and so if possible, put our account on old UI please, Our funnel is stopped due to this and we are at loss. else help us get it resolved ASAP, we know that you are experimenting new UI on different accounts so please don't do it with us.

No worries at all—if you prefer not to switch to the new UI, you can continue using the workflow in the old builder.

Meanwhile, we have escalated this issue to our technical team and requested them to look into it on priority.

Thank you for your patience.

Our team has checked the issue, and it appears to be related to the current setup of the workflow. To verify this, we cloned your existing workflow and reconfigured the AiSensy action, after which it worked correctly in automation.

We have created a separate test workflow for reference. Kindly do not delete it, as it may help in further analysis if required.

As a resolution, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Go to your original workflow.
  2. Delete the existing AiSensy action steps.
  3. Reconfigure the AiSensy actions again from scratch.
  4. Save the workflow and test it via automation.
This should resolve the issue.
