All of my Canadian customers are missing as well as all their invoices, credits, and subscriptions. I tried to contact support multiple times to export data to migrate to a single currency account but did not get help. Can someone look into this and get back to me?
Hello Matt,
You can switch to your old multi-currency account through Settings >> Multicurrency account >> CAD account, to find all the customer details and their invoices.
However, in the new module, all these data would not be transferred. All the new records will be made.
