All of my Canadian customers are missing as well as all their invoices, credits, and subscriptions. I tried to contact support multiple times to export data to migrate to a single currency account but did not get help. Can someone look into this and get back to me?

Hello Matt,
You can switch to your old multi-currency account through Settings >> Multicurrency account >> CAD account, to find all the customer details and their invoices.
However, in the new module, all these data would not be transferred. All the new records will be made.

Thank you. That's were I was looking, but now it appears to be there again.

I am not receiving emails to the [email protected] address. Can you change my email for the Candian account so that I can receive the client export file?
