Anybody having issues with Twilio where it does not send sms messages sometimes? I have a flow that will send me an sms everytime someone tweet, but the messages was never delivered.

As we can see from your Twillios' action step's response in the task history, the message was being queued and because of that, your message might not be get delivered to the user.
Kindly contact Twillio's support team for the same.
