How to Access and Generate the Access Token in Pabbly Chatflow

To access the API token in Pabbly Chatflow, follow these steps:

Step 1. Login to Your Chatflow Account

• Use your credentials to log in to your Pabbly Chatflow account.

Step 2. Navigate to the Settings Section

• In the Pabbly Chatflow application, go to the Settings section.

Step 3. Copy the API Token

• You will see the Pabbly Chatflow API Token displayed.
• Click on the Copy button to copy the token for use in your integrations.

Step 4. Regenerate API Token

• To generate a new API token, click on the Regenerate API Token button.
• A new token will be generated, replacing the existing one.

How to Add, Update & Delete a Webhook in Pabbly Chatflow​

Webhooks allow you to receive real-time notifications for different events occurring in Pabbly Chatflow. Follow these steps to set up a webhook:

Step 1. Click on the "Add Webhook" Button

• Navigate to the API & Webhook section.
• Click on the Add Webhook button to begin the setup.

Step 2. Fill in the Required Details

A dialog box will appear, prompting you to enter the following information:

• Webhook Name
• Webhook URL (where notifications will be sent)

Pabbly Chatflow supports the following event types:

• Message Sent
• New Message Received
• Contact Created
• Contact Updated

Step 3. Add the Webhook

• After filling in the required details, click on the Add button to save the webhook.

Step 4. Webhook Added to the Table

• The newly created webhook will now be listed in the webhook table.

Step 5. Test the Webhook

• You have the option to test your webhook by clicking on the Test Webhook button.

Step 6. View Webhook Events

• To check which events are linked to a specific webhook, click on the options next to the Test Webhook button.

Step 7. Manage Webhooks (Update, Inactivate, or Delete)

• If you need to update, inactive, or remove a webhook, click on the three-dot menu next to the webhook entry and choose the appropriate action as per your requirement
