Automated certification

I want to create an automation for certification.
When a student completes his course he should automatically receive e-certificate .
Where the workflow should be like :
Google sheets > Wordpress> Canva
We will enter the students details into google sheets, with that details a page will be created on Wordpress, the link of that page should get attached with the QR code in the certificate which is generated in canva.
