Currently, we don't have a dedicated application for capturing keywords from Twitter. If you have an application in mind that has a REST API, you can try using the API by Pabbly module to retrieve the keywords. Otherwise, I'm afraid this use case is not possible.
To create and post your tweets you can use "Create Tweet" action event.
