Best webhook for woocommerce completed orders?

I noticed in wc you can choose two webhooks. Order updated and order status changed. In can't find the latter in Pabbly.

What's the difference?

Can I set it up so It only runs once to send a welcome email even if they renew a subscription later?

We looked into WooCommerce's API documentation and inside the WooCommerce but we couldn't find any trigger option which supports changing in the order status.

And for this, you can use the filter action step where you can restrict the workflow for the subscriptions with New Subscriptions or Subscription Renewed.

How do I set an AND instead of OR?
