We've successfully created an item with values based on new order from BigCommerce, however need to also create a subitem to parent item just created with other values from the same BigCommerce order. I created another action under the "Create Item" (screenshot), but am having to select the "Parent Item" manually. I don't think this is the way to do it. I also don't see the Subitem columns to map additional values from the order. Any help would be great.

Here's what we'd like:
1. Create Item (Parent)
2. Add values from the order (Billing Name, Quantity, Number of items, Order date, Shipping Method)
3. Create Subitem under newly created parent
4 Add additional values from the order (Product name, Quantity, Width/Height etc.)

Hello @ec_206,

Thanks for sharing the details.

You can dynamically map the ID of the newly created parent item by enabling the Map toggle beside the Parent Item ID field, this will allow you to use the ID from the previous Create Item step instead of selecting it manually. Please refer to the attached screenshot for better clarity.

Regarding the columns for the subitems, could you please confirm if those are custom columns? This will help us guide you better on how to map additional values from the order into the subitem.
